About

Grace M. Healy is a Seattle-based attorney serving corporate clients throughout Washington and New York states. Her client base consists largely of businesses that do not yet have in-house counsel, or whose legal staff retain her as an adjunct to work with them on special issues and projects, or to handle matters involving disputes or litigation. She also represents national corporations in Washington litigation.

Grace - who served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith S. Kaye at the New York State Court of Appeals in the mid 1980s - was a member of the in house legal department of Champion International Corporation until the company was taken over by International Paper in 2000. At Champion, in addition to litigation, her clients included risk management, environmental remediation, and packaging groups.
